Since ISU Design on Main is housed in a historic 100 year-old-building, we were not allowed to attach any structures to the facade of the storefront. Instead, Aaron Swanson designed an intricate system of wooden frames latched to cables that were secured on the roof of the building and the sidewalk below. Over 40 blankets were sewn from individual panels. Each blanket was attached to a corresponding wooden frame using chicken wire and zip-ties.
